RANDALL MARX, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

 

From 1990 until 2008, Mr. Marx served as Chairman, Director and Chief Executive Officer of ARC Wireless Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: ARCW),  a publicly traded company, which is engaged in the design, manufacturing and sales of wireless infrastructure equipment. 

 

From 2006 until 2008 Mr. Marx also served as Director and President of ARC Wireless Solutions Hong Kong Ltd.  ARC Wireless was one of Colorado's top 50 fastest  growing technology companies from 2002 through 2006, USA's top 500 fastest growing technology companies from 2002 through 2004, top 100 Denver public companies in 2005, 2006 and 2008 and named the 2006 Business Of The Year by the city counsel. 

 

Since 2003, Mr. Marx also has served as a Director, and chairs the Compensation Committee, of InfoSonics Corp. (NASDAQ: IFON) InfoSonics is one of the premier providers and distributors of  wireless handsets and accessories serving Latin America and the United States.  

 

From 1983 until 1989, Mr. Marx served as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of THT Lloyd"s Inc., Lloyds Electronics Corp. and Lloyds Electronics Hong Kong Ltd., international consumer electronics companies  with sales of approximately $130,000,000. 

 

 

ROBERT FITZGERALD, PRESIDENT

 

From 1999 until 2008, Mr. Fitzgerald was the Chief Executive Officer of a serial acquirer of wireless equipment design and manufacturing firms including  Young Design, Inc. (YDI), Zeus Wireless, Telaxis, KarlNet, Terabeam Networks and Proxim Wireless with the final company generating over $70 million  per year and holding over 130 US patents.  In addition, from July 2005 until August 2007, Mr. Fitzgerald was the Chief Executive Officer of the Ricochet  Networks subsidiary, the world’s largest wireless mesh ISP. 

 

Mr. Fitzgerald has extensive experience in the design and manufacturing of electronic components, particularly wireless products encompassing, Wi-Fi, WiMax, mesh, mmW, microwave and laser.  Mr. Fitzgerald and his companies have received a number of  honors and awards including Deloitte & Touche Fast 50 for Washington DC (multiple times), Fast 50 for Silicon Valley, USA’s top 500 fastest growing technology companies (multiple times), 2006 Network World  NW200 #1 Fastest 5-year growth (with a 5 year CAGR of 136%), #2 fastest one-year growth  and #1 one-year employee growth rate, Silicon Valley Who’s Who 2006 and Frost & Sullivan WiMAX product of the year. 

 

Prior to YDI, Mr. Fitzgerald  was an attorney with Greenbrug Traurig in Washington, DC.  Mr. Fitzgerald is a Managing Member of Concorde Equity, LLC, Concorde Equity II, LLC and the founder and a director of the non-profit Concorde Foundation. 

 

He earned an Economics degree from UCLA and a Law degree from the UCLA school of Law.  Mr. Fitzgerald is an active member of the California Bar and an inactive member of the Virginia Bar.

 

 

TONY DENG, COUNTRY MANAGER

 

From 2006 until 2008, Mr. Deng was the Senior Process and Quality Assurance Manager for ARC Wireless Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ:ARCW) a publicly traded company, which is engaged in the design, manufacturing and sales of wireless infrastructure equipment. 

 

At ARC, Mr. Deng was responsible for (i) handling and following up all aspects of the development and manufacturing process including tooling, pre-production and final production of all antenna products, in accordance with the Company's requirements; (ii) working with all suppliers with respect to quality control and training of production personnel to enable the suppliers to deliver the components to the main production factory on time and within specification; (iii) ensuring pre-shipment inspection of the product and (iv) supervising the company's daily China operations, personnel and training.

 

From 1995 until 2006, Mr. Deng was the Vice General Manager of Hong Kong QC Center, A Hong Kong based company, providing inspection services to overseas companies who buy from China. While there, Mr. Deng provided quality control and manufacturing inspection in the Guangzhou, Shantou, Hangzhou, Quanzhou, Qingdao areas of China as well as Hong Kong and Macau. 

 

Prior to Hong Kong QC Center, Mr. Deng worked at China Pacific Insurance Company.  Mr. Deng can read, write and speak English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
